Worksite Location(s): Various job sites in Cuyahoga, Summit, Medina, Geauga, and Lake counties, Ohio.

Job Description: Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning and washing walls, windows, glass, and removing rubbish. Responsibilities may include cleaning debris from the sidewalk and the use of a power washer. Able to lift and Carry 50 LBS. when necessary.

Will daily transportation be provided?: YesDaily transportation to worksites is provided by the employer from Cleveland, Ohio.

Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: YesShared lodging is available in employer-owned housing at $50.00 per pay period but only for workers who choose to live in the employer-provided housing.

Is On-the-Job Training available?: YesOn-the-job training provided by the employer.

The H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for transportation, subsistence (from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment), all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government consistent with 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(i).
      
If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will 
reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

H-2B ASSURANCES

Deductions from the Worker’s Paycheck: The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law.

First Workweek Reimbursement: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

Single Workweek for Pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
