REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/13/2026-11/05/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 7 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities.
Worker will be required to complete the following activities: general greenhouse work; seeding; lay plastic mulch; irrigation work; field planting; stake tomatoes/tomatillo/eggplant /specialty variety peppers; apply tying twine between tomato/tomatillo, eggplant and or pepper stakes; tunnel assembly and disassembly; hoe or pull weeds; vine and row cucumbers; sprout young shoots on eggplant and tomato/tomatillo plant; hand harvest to quality standards of green slicing cucumbers, Roma tomatoes, tomatillo, eggplant, zucchini, summer squash, variety specialty peppers, pickles, berries, currants and asparagus; pack employer's produce only to food safety standards; conduct various field and farm clean up tasks such as, trimming trees, pulling stumps, picking up rocks and raking leaves; cut tying twine; remove from the ground plastic mulch, drip tape and stakes. Workers will frequently lift ranging in weight 75lbs., and in teams over 75lbs. and up. Drive and operate tractor, forklift, and other farm equipment to perform farm tasks; drive employer provided vehicle to and from the worksite and to other locations, drive trucks to deliver employer’s product to market and storage locations. Pay will be hourly. Other duties assigned under this order will be consistent under Bureau of Labor Statistics Standard Occupational Classification: Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery and Greenhouse Workers (45-2092)

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:

BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.

HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.

TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).

WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCEProvided.

TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
