REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 05/01/2026-11/15/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 7 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, Driver requirements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities.
Workers will prepare the ground and equipment for planting, maintain and repair equipment to include oil and filter changes, washing, lubricating, and other basic maintenance. Workers will clean, maintain, and make basic repairs to buildings, maintain farm grounds by mowing, weed whacking, blowing and picking up debris. Workers will utilize farm equipment and trucks to harvest and transport silage, corn, wheat and soy to grain bins. Worker will assist vaccinating, medicating, checking on the wellbeing of livestock, and make repairs to enclosures and pens. May occasionally feed livestock. Workers will be required to possess a drivers license, and must have 3 months of experience operating 95-410 HP tractors (for the safety of the livestock). Workers may work 75-80 hours during peak weeks. Drugs screens are performed at the expense of the employer, upon accident, incident, or suspicion. Failure or refusal of a drug screen are grounds for immediate termination. Alcohol is not permitted on the grounds or at the worker housing.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:
BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.
TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).
WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.
TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
