Position: Equipment Improvement Project Supervisor

Location: 2801 W Stroop Rd, Moraine, OH 45439

Duties: Constantly promoting equipment automation technology, developing plans, arranging task implementation, following up the progress and assessing effectiveness. Leading the technical team to improve equipment defects and automation, comprehensively improving equipment automatic production. Reviewing design process documents and drawings, conducting program review, assessing equipment automation retrofit risks, determining the final implementation process time. Leading the team to conduct electrical design, software design, mechanical design, providing accurate material procurement lists based on the final automated review program. Coordinate relevant department associates to cooperate throughout the whole improvement/optimization project to ensure on-time completion. Organizing technical personnel to handle technical problems, technological innovations, promotion of new technologies, new materials and new processes, making production equipment in the best technical state. Salary $88,078.90/ year. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Design and Automation, or related field or foreign equivalent and 2 years of experience as an equipment maintenance engineer or equipment improvement engineer in the automotive glass manufacturing industry and experience in deep processing of automotive glass and in the structure of automated equipment, including mechanical, electrical, control, and safety systems. Must be able to read and interpret mechanical structure drawings and electrical control system schematics.
