Position Overview




Riverside Research is seeking an IT Enterprise Architecture Manager to cultivate Center, service, and IC-wide collaboration to enable government efforts to maintain cognizance of current analytical methodologies, strategies, and processes, and to enhance understanding and appreciation of requirements, processes, programs, and capabilities within the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. This position will assist the Data, Analytics, & Assessment Division (A9A) in driving the adoption of enterprise service capabilities by developing prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish data standards, creating and maintaining documentation, and tracking progress. Along with providing knowledge models and expertise to support data integration and enterprise architecture services, enabling the organization to make informed decisions and achieve strategic goals through effective data management.


Responsibilities




Support the development of data architecture prototypes to determine system requirements, specifications, and user needs for the effective adoption of enterprise service capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data standards, and data management practices are defined and implemented by users
Create and maintain data standards and strategy documentation
Support processes and procedures to create, monitor, and track the state and status of NASIC's data management goals and objectives
Provide Knowledge models processes and techniques to included mission relevant terms, definitions, hierarchies, and the relationships to support development of data integration and enterprise architecture services
Provide technical analysis of enterprise issues and processes and propose solutions
Advise government customer in the prioritization of activities
Assist in the creation and review of technical documents and guardrails, guidance, and policy documentation
Support long-term (big picture) and short-term efforts to contribute to mission value
Provide technical leadership and advice to the vision, design, and oversight of complex projects/programs
Support all aspects of IT management (people, process, technology, finances)
Translating technology speak to stakeholder value
Support communication plan for engaging with NASIC Enterprise IT stakeholders
Align with the Service Portfolio as applicable
Other duties as assigned


Qualifications




Required Qualifications

Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer programming, physics, applied mathematics, or related technical field
11+ years of experience spanning IT/SW project/program management, system administration, and/or data standards and strategy documentation
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Technically proficient and capable of devising practical and sustainable solutions
Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team player

Desired Qualifications:

Professional certifications in systems engineering, IT, and/or project/program management (e.g. ITIL, PMP, DAU, etc.)
PhD or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
NASIC experience

$113,000- $175,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
