Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Resources - Assessment, discernment, completion and mastery of entry level resources such as: income-based Medicaid, hospital financial programs and Title V funding.

* Family Experience - Serve as a direct contact for parents with complex financial needs and billing concerns and work to improve the family's experience.

* Family Education - Educate families how to utilize available resources and renew them for chronic care patients.

* Hospital Billing - Basic understanding and utilization of hospital billing system.

* Liaison - Act as liaison between family, customer service and basic billing teams.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.

* NAHAM CHAA certification must be obtained within a year of hire into the role.
