REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 2/2/26-6/25/26. Must agree to 35 hr work week. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 1 month of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 70 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling.

JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Worker activities include greenhouse planting/production, greenhouse packaging, greenhouse watering, loading and unloading of product off rack. Workers will also work outdoors in field, planting, weeding with a long-handled hoe, harvesting by picking and cutting from stalks and stems. Worker must be able to lift 70lbs, and have 1 months experience in greenhouse/nursery production. Crops to be worked include, but are not limited to; cucumber, beets, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, swiss chard, collards, gourds, pumpkins, leeks, celery, fennel, herbs (indoor and outdoor crops) winter squash, tomato, pepper, and eggplant.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:

BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.

HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.

TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).

WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.

TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
