REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 2/1/26-11/30/26. Must agree to 40 hr work week. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Workers will manually, prune, plant, cultivate and harvest trees, fruits and vegetables. Use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning shears, scissors and knives, workers will work from ladders and the ground. Duties may include tilling soil and fertilizer application; transplant, weeding, thinning or pruning crops; application of pesticides; cleaning, sorting, packing and loading harvest products. Workers may participate in activities of irrigation. 3 months verifiable experience in apple and peach harvesting, workers must be able to lift 50 pounds.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:

BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.

HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.

TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).

WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.

TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
