Job Description: Ground Works Land Design, LLC located at 869 Canterbury Road Unit 3, Westlake OH 44145, is seeking to hire 18 FULL TIME, TEMPORARY LANDSCAPERS to work from 4/1/26 to 11/30/26. The employer will provide transportation from shop in Westlake to worksites in Cuyahoga and Lorain counties. The workers will landscape, plant, repair and maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, pruning, maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, cleaning up and assisting with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. This is a full time, temporary job. Mo-Fr, 8am to 5pm, 40hrs/week,OT as needed. Pay is $18.91/hr with OT pay at $28.37/hr. Bonus/raises awarded based on merit and/or tenure with employer. Job Req: Able to lift/carry 50lbs. 12 m experience as landscaper. 2 references required. Random post hire background, drug and alcohol checks. Ability to obtain an U.S. driver's license. If requested, shared accommodation is available at fair market value & wage will be deducted for the reasonable cost of such facility (the lodging may not be employer-owned rather the employer arranges it on behalf of the workers, if needed, and the employee's check will be deducted by max $350/month). The job requires 12months experience as landscaper. Work will be performed in multiple worksites within Cuyahoga and Lorain counties .

Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. The employer will provide transportation from shop in Westlake to worksites in Cuyahoga and Lorain counties.

Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: Yes. If requested, shared accommodation is available at fair market value & wage will be deducted for the reasonable cost of such facility (the lodging may not be employer-owned rather the employer arranges it on behalf of the workers, if needed, and the employee's check will be deducted by max $350/month).

Is On-the-Job Training available?: No.


      
If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

H-2B ASSURANCES

Deductions from the Worker’s Paycheck: The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law.

First Workweek Reimbursement: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

Single Workweek for Pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
