Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating a manual screen-printing press
- Set up and register multi-color jobs including 4-color process, simulated process, etc.
- Basic knowledge of artwork separation
- Knowledge of proper curing temperatures and use of a conveyor dryer
- Understanding of off-contact, mesh counts, and proper screen tension
- Understanding proper squeegee techniques and pressure control
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working in a production shop environment
