Job Description

Position Overview:

The Fiscal Specialist supports the agency’s financial operations by processing invoices and fiscal documents, maintaining accounts and contract files, and ensuring accuracy in financial data. This position assists with child support case financial activities, prepares routine reports, and maintains required records. The role also provides general administrative support, including front-desk coverage, customer service, mail processing, and supply ordering. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a government environment are essential.


Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must successfully pass an FBI/BCI background check prior to employment.
Prefer experience in a fiscal, accounting, or financial support role.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a government environment are essential.
