Customer Service Representative
The Fun Bus is searching for a Customer Service Specialist to be the front of house liaison between our customers, vendors and drivers. Customer Service Specialist needs to be a phenomenal communicator who can multitask and problem solve as well as offer creative support to the marketing team. Excellent phone skills are a must and a background in retail sales is preferred. Part-time 20-30 hours/ week.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
*Management of incoming calls on a 5-line system. Directing calls to the correct department or managing caller needs directly.
*Capture, record, process and organize reservations and payments methods from telephone, in-person and on-line sales with attention to detail. Provide travel confirmation documents and receipts.
*Identify and follow up with customer payments
*Properly greet visitors, vendors, potential customers and applicants.
*Ability to answer customer questions about travel packages, transportation services and payment status.
*Manage, organize and stock the gift shop supplies and sales.
*Assist the marketing team with mailing list management, including data entry.
*Record customer complaints and de-escalate pending investigation.
*Collaborate with the marketing team on community marketing events.
*Greet departing passengers and manage departure details.
*Maintaining gift shop cash register and balancing to sales.
*Keyholder position responsible for opening each day and ensuring facility security.
