We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our esteemed financial organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing the portfolios of our high-end clients, as well as coordinating and scheduling meetings with them. In addition to these responsibilities, we are looking for an individual who either possesses experience in tax preparation for medium to high-end clients or has a strong interest in learning these skills.
The working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with our valued clients. Qualified candidates who would be good for this position are accountants or CPAs, but general experience in a financial environment (even as a bank teller) along with a willingness to learn, will be considered. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
