Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Mow Crew Team Leader to join our team! You will maintain properties by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing,trimming, edging, and cleanups with the goal of creating beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our customers.

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience as a lawn technician is required for this position and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

Manage and be responsible for a weekly route.

Operate vehicles and haul a trailer.

Operate powered equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and other Stihl equipment.

Maintain equipment ensuring proper use and care daily.Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Train team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Professional experience as a lawn technicianExperience operating mowers, trimmers, etc

Valid Ohio driver’s license and clean driving record

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Must be able to comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time

Willing to work in all weather elements

Driving Record Check

Wage: $23-$26/hour

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
