Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) - PRN and Full-time Opportunities

Job Summary:

Marion Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an OTA, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and directing occupational therapy services to achieve the highest degree of quality resident care. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular screenings to develop personalized treatment plans for residents

• Perform treatment plans, following established goals and methods, and supervising therapy sessions

• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families/caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

• Establish individual resident therapy schedules and ensure proper documentation and billing of occupational therapy services

• Perform all other duties as assigned and required to effectively treat patients

• Comply with all CMS documentation standards and maintain accurate point-of-care documentation

Education and Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in occupational therapy

• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice

• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification
