Job Description

The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee daily activities of team members ensuring team meets KPI's through coaching, performance management and team development. Maintains all service levels by organizing and evaluating systems and procedures used by the department.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience


High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of customer service experience.
1 year of supervisory or management experience.

Work Environment and Physical Activities


Responsible for on call/after-hours emergencies pertaining to Customer Service.
Occasional extended overnight travel is required (estimate 10% travel).
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Must be a proficient PC user.
Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Query or Power BI experience, preferred.
Must understand the concepts of business process documentation, minor data analytics and improvement.

Demonstrated ability to:
Coach and communicate.
Follow directions and work independently without direct supervision.
Be organized and able to focus on specific tasks for extended periods of time.
Understand the concepts of business process documentation and improvement.
Meticulous. Ability to maintain accurate records in a highly regulated industry.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
