DLZ Corporation currently has an exciting Staff Accountant opening in Columbus, Ohio.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Bank reconciliation and review.
Time-sheet processing and administration.
Accounts receivable and accounts payable processing.
Project maintenance and accounting.
Work with project managers to prepare and process contract billings.
Possess aptitude to act as a positive representative of the company and its core values.
Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
1 or more years relevant Accounting experience.
Project accounting and client invoicing experience desired.
Construction industry / project costing background a plus.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be flexible, have a positive attitude, and work well in a team environment.
