Job Summary

As a Landscaping Team Member, you’ll be the hands-on help that makes our clients’ lawns and outdoor spaces shine. This is a physical job that keeps you movingand outdoors — perfect for anyone who prefers a field job to a desk one.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with landscaping and lawn maintenance at both residential and commercial propertiesOperate basic landscaping equipment (we’ll train you if needed)Work outdoors in various weather conditionsHelp organize and maintain equipment after jobsBe a dependable, supportive teammate every day

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Someone who enjoys physical, outdoor workStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to lift 35–80 lbs regularlyValid Ohio driver’s license and clean driving record, not required but useful

No prior landscaping experience? No problem. If you're willing to learn, we'll train you!

Wage: $17-19/hour

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
