Position Overview
Altamira is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, develop, and maintain models that support mission-critical analysis within secure environments.
The ideal candidate brings strong system modeling experience and an ability to communicate model concepts with engineers and non-engineer audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain models of mechanical systems (e.g., aircraft)
Train and mentor peers on modeling best practices
Required Qualifications
Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
10 years of experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering.
Strong experience developing models using Systems Modeling Language (SysML)
Ability to operate in secure, compliance-driven environments
