A local organization is seeking a dedicated Front Desk/Customer Support. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet lobby visitors, answer multi-line phones, and transfer or redirect calls 
  • Assist with checking people in and alert departments
  • Help applicants and residents with housing applications
  • Enter data into computer system
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum 1-year experience in a high-volume customer service/front desk role
  • Bilingual language is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening skills, and polite, professional phone etiquette is required
  • Must be detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills; basic proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
