We have an opportunity for a Value Stream Manager - Assembly to join our Ashland, OH team. You will ensure alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement through lean principles, cross-functional collaboration, and effective team leadership.

You will:

Lead the value stream team to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing tools.
Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and customer service teams.
Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve throughput and reduce lead times, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Facilitate daily management and tiered accountability meetings.
Coach and develop team members to foster a culture of engagement and performance.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SAP and data analysis tools is preferred.
Experience with change management and organizational development.
Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $95,500 - $177,300 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus and/or long-term incentives.
