Field Service Technician - Solon, Ohio - JOB 26-00180

Salary Range: $30.00 - $35.00/HR + OT and per diem Permanent Position with Benefits

Solon, Ohio company is seeking to hire an experienced Field Service Technician willing to do 50% worldwide travel to install, start-up, troubleshoot, and repair robotic controlled processing equipment.

REQUIREMENTS
• High School Graduate or GED, Associate or Trade school degree a plus
• Apprenticeship in a mechanical trade discipline or equivalent work experience
• PLC/HMI robot programming experience preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Electrical control and mechanical diagnostic trouble shooting skills
• Handle telephone and email customer support issues
• Knowledge in mechanical and electrical industrial automation equipment
• Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical technical drawings, schematics and blueprints
• Must have clean driving record and passport to be able to travel in United States, Mexico & Canada (possibly occasional South America) at short notice
• 50% worldwide travel to install, start-up, troubleshoot, and repair robotic controlled equipment.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
