MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•Ambitious, high energy person
•High School Diploma/some college preferred
•Must enjoy young children
•Excellent communication skills, problem solving and time management skills
•Excellent secretarial/clerical skills
•Ability to maintain necessary student/staff/building files and records, including: DASL
•Ability to handle confidential material in a discreet, mature fashion
•Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task
•Ability to maintain accurate records
•Organized individual with ability to use initiative and work independently
•Good interpersonal and public relations skills
•Familiar with and capable of utilizing computer applications to enhance building operations
•Follows complex instructions
•Recognizes and corrects errors independently
•Interacts confidently with others
•Consistently exceeds performance expectations
•Exemplifies professionalism and fosters goodwill to enhance the district’s public image
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
•Previous experience working with students
•Previous experience as a secretary in a school setting
