Overview




FTI is seeking an Advisory Business Intelligence Analyst to support Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) and other Department of Defense (DoD) customer wargame analyses. Support quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers. Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance. Support production of actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems. Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, risks, and profits of new business initiatives. Support production of analyses and actionable reports based on the quantitative and qualitative data outputs from various wargame scenarios; modeling, simulation, and analysis tools; and artificial intelligence technologies. Support senior analyst in communicating findings and insight to DoD and company stakeholders and providing business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance. Support senior analysts in preparing communications with DoD customers the findings and insights from wargaming activities. Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas. May participate in the design and development of wargame and analysis reporting tools.


Responsibilities




Support creation of reports, dashboards, and data sets support DoD customer wargames.
Perform data management to include bringing multiple data sources together, perform data cleanup, shaping, and modeling to support visualizations and reports that support and enable actionable customer and company insights.
Assist in the collection of data, conduct analytical reviews, and make recommendations for improvement to customer wargame processes.
Support analysis of raw data and provide decision-supporting products such as historical trends, reports, graphical data presentations, and recommendations.
Support senior analyst in performance of quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Utilize mathematical and statistical methods to provide the value of solutions required to increase combat power and readiness.
Participate in the development of procurement plans and program objectives by evaluating cost/readiness tradeoffs, budget requirements/constraints, etc.
Participates in special assignments, such as cross-functional team initiatives and force readiness improvement initiatives. Includes administrative assignments to develop knowledge of the mission.
Advise wargame technology development teams to identify enhancements to improve performance and alignment with customer needs.
Participate in guided wargame design, product development, facilitation of guided group activities, wargame analysis, and wargame report preparation.


Education/Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Required
5+ years of relevant experience
