REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 2/15/26-12/15/26. Must agree to 48 hr work week. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling and driver requirements.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Duties may include: Assist with manure application tasks such as, driving a farm tractor to apply manure with a hose or a tank, drive a farm tractor and maneuver hose such as move hose in the field and also from field to field, repair any hose breaks, run air compressor and blow out manure lines when needed with a clean out ball. Watch manure pump(s) and manure lines (above and below ground) for leaks, etc by driving a farm truck around to monitor it. Watch frac tank level. Any and all tasks associated with vehicle/tractor/shop maintenance. Power washing any and all equipment. Fueling up all equipment necessary. Drive/operate all equipment needed for farming purposes (e.g.: vehicles, farm tractors, ATV, UTV). Willing to work with liquids, such as 28% fertilizer, weed killer, and insecticide. Help with grain handling such as helping sweep grain bins, loading and dumping trucks, etc. Other miscellaneous duties assigned & other related Ag Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org). 30-minute meal break. Crops: corn, soybeans Possible weekend/holiday work.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:
BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.
TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).
WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.
TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
