We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manufacturing Systems Lead (IT/OT) to lead our Manufacturing Digital Infrastructure implementation globally. This person will be a key partner and resource for the Global Engineering team as we deploy digital tools to improve Manufacturing operations around the world. The Senior Manufacturing Systems Lead (IT/OT) will have both strong project management and communication skills and be able to organize diverse teams of people to deploy and support digital improvements in our manufacturing locations.

Azure Cloud Integration:
Manage and optimize Azure cloud services to support IoT/OT infrastructure
Implement cloud-based solutions for data storage, processing, and analytics
Ensure secure and scalable cloud architecture for IoT/OT applications
AI and Machine Learning:
Develop and deploy AI models to improve predictive maintenance, quality control, and process optimization
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into IoT/OT systems
Monitor and refine AI algorithms to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience in the industry
Minimum of 5 years experience in IT operations and/or infrastructure management
Strong project management and leadership skills
Experience in IT Infrastructure operations including Windows servers, Azure cloud, and basic networking
Virtualization experience including Azure HCI, Hyper-V
Backup technologies experience
Experience with IT operational technology/OT devices
Ability to accommodate 20-30% travel
Experience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and MES preferred
Experience with Federal business and security requirements preferred
The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U.S. controlled technology (via a letter of assurance), or a Person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.
