Currently seeking a Data Processor for a leading logistics company in the Cleveland Area. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, ability to compute monotonous tasks into a field template that is then processed as a paid freight bill.
This position would require the below functionalities and job duties:
Responsibilities
- Entering data directly from each client invoice into data system to ensure bills are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Works closely with service providers and freight shippers.
- Provide feedback to Team Leaders related to account specific freight-handling issues.
- Escalate payment issues with the supporting documents to the Freight Payment leadership teams.
- Open/Sort/ and Prep Mail for processing.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Daily use of invoice processing applications.
- Once invoices are entered, they will be sent to Auditing Team for final processing.
- Learn and implement each Client’s Business Rules.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Logistics, Transportation or Freight is a plus.
- Previous Data Entry Experience required.
- Knowledge of Transportation terms (BOL, Consignee, Consignor, etc.) a plus.
- Intermediate Outlook/Word experience mandatory.
- Knowledge of ocean and air imports a plus. Ability to process International BOLs a plus.
- Strong analytical, computer skills, critical thinking and problem solving are mandatory.
- Data and financial analytics, data management and skills in supply chain and billing environment a plus.

Requirements:
- High school degree OR 1+ year's of data entry experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
