LPN - COPS Endocrinology
Knox Community Hospital

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the delivery of direct/indirect patient care by collecting data on patient's condition 
  • Care for patients of all ages: neonates to geriatric
  • Documents all aspects of patient care and maintain patient records and care plans in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high-quality care
  • Maintain courteous, respectful, and professional customer services
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information

 

Skills/Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the nursing role and scope of practice
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask and complete assigned duties efficiently
  • Commitment to patient safety and professional standards
Requirements Include

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education with a current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio required.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required.
  • Two (2) years minimum clinical experience required.
  • Previous physician office practice experience preferred.
