Clinical Manager - DOPS Centerburg
Knox Community Hospital

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership and oversight for daily department operations 
  • Participates in patient care activities 
  • Acts a clinical and technical resource for team
  • Demonstrate critical care thinking to provide safe, high-quality care
  • Ensure compliance with standards of practice and policies

Skills/Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of nursing role and scope of practice 
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to actively manage change, resolve conflict, problem-solve and make decisions
Requirements Include

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education, BSN preferred.
  • Current licensure to practice professional Nursing in the State of Ohio.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required.
  • Previous charge/supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Specialty is preferred; in Medical Clinic area and Joint Commission knowledge.
