Job Description

This is your chance to join a family-focused general contractor that has experienced steady growth over the past 16 years. At this time, we are looking for a Commercial Construction Estimator that is organized and detail oriented to join the team! We are honored to say this organization has a low turnover rate and strives to promote within.

[Duties ]
  • Analyze required bid documents, blueprints, and project specifications to gain a thorough understanding of the project
  • Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors, Client’s Subcontractor’s, and contractors
  • Prepare material estimates, Labor estimates and cost estimates for the product or service


[Requirements ]
  • 5-7 years of Commercial Construction Estimating experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore estimating software or similar software is required
  • Ability to research historical project data to produce a budget for clients


[Details ]
  • $80k - $120k a year
  • Bonus opportunities, 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Paid vacation and sick days
  • Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and travel as needed. This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
