| Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: | Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one-year related experience or an associate’s degree and two years of related experience
- Demonstrated experience using a personal computer, office software such as MS Office and electronic mail
- Strong knowledge of college curriculum and SIS, such as Colleague and and course scheduling software, such as CourseDog
- Experience working with academic policies and credit transfer rules
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Requires a successful completion of a background check
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines

| Summary of Duties: | The Assistant Registrar – Curriculum and Scheduling is responsible for coordinating the development of the college’s master course schedule and maintaining the accuracy of academic program and course information within the Student Information System (SIS). This position collaborates closely with college deans, program directors, faculty, and administrative offices to ensure the master course schedule aligns with curriculum requirements, enrollment demand, and institutional priorities.
The role supports curriculum management, academic records integrity, transcript processing systems, and electronic document management while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures. The position also assists with additional Registrar’s Office operations necessary for effective registration and student record management. |
