We are looking for motivated team members to join our friendly and creative workplace. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for operating embroidery machines, preparing garments, and ensuring each item meets our high-quality standards. Embroidery experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor multi-head embroidery machines
• Hoop garments and load designs using digitizing software
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
• Follow work orders and ensure on-time production
• Organize and prepare garments, threads, and materials

Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
