Job Description

Position Purpose

The Project Support Specialist for Marketing, Advancement, and Foundation Relations provides project coordination, administrative, and operational support for the College’s marketing, advancement, and Foundation activities. The Project Support Specialist supports the execution of fundraising initiatives, donor communications, events, student-centered philanthropic efforts, and grant-related activities to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with institutional priorities. The role works closely with the Executive Director, Dean of Students, Center for Student Success, Financial Aid, and Grants team to support timely project implementation and effective stewardship of resources.

Qualifications – Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a regionally or nationally accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
  • The role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience providing administrative or project support.
  • Experience in higher education, nonprofit, advancement, marketing, or grants-related work preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of related professional experience required.
