Deceuninck North America LLC is seeking a Business Analyst II at its Monroe, Ohio office.

Job Description: Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business. Evaluate the business and end user requirements and develop analytical and reporting tools to address those needs. Work with the Finance and Sales team to define pricing structure for company products. Develop and maintain pricing tools and profitability models. Apply mathematical or statistical techniques to address practical issues in pricing structure and pricing models. Define or recommend pricing model specifications. Communicate and help implement pricing changes bi-directionally through the command chain. Participate in pricing-related projects including establishing timelines, defining deliverables, and drafting communications or presentations. Provide management with monthly reports, including summary reports of financial and pricing model research.

Minimum Requirements: The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field (foreign degree equivalent accepted) and five (5) years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst or a related occupation. The position also requires two (2) years of experience with each of the following skills: Financial, product and market analysis involving product margins and costing; AS400 queries. Position requires five (5) years of experience with each of the following skills: Financial management with planning, forecasting or business analysis; MS office products; Analytical and presentation tools including Excel, and VBA or SQL queries, graphing; SAP; and BI tools including SAP BI or Power BI.
