What to ExpectThe Tesla Collision Repair Program is seeking a dedicated Collision Pre Appointment Advisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service for one of the world's most innovative vehicle brands. In this position, you will support our Internal Collision Centers by managing the pre-appointment process across North America, ensuring seamless customer experiences through meticulous coordination of repair processes, proactive communication, and adherence to Tesla's high standards of excellence. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining trust and satisfaction as you guide customers through every step of their repair journey.
What You'll Do
Vehicle arrival preparation: Manage the customer experience by obtaining required documentation, explaining the repair process, and ensuring clear communication to build trust and alignment
Analyze Tesla repair protocols and apply expertise to generate comprehensive parts-only estimates
Evaluate collision damage via customer-provided photos to determine required parts for accurate repairs on Tesla Model S, X, Y, 3, and Cybertruck vehicles
What You'll Bring
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
1-3+ years of automotive collision damage estimating experience
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions
