Position Summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a motivated, datadriven Treasury Management Analyst Intern with a strong interest in transactional banking products, including commercial payments, deposits, and financial product management. This role provides practical experience supporting product strategy, market analysis, revenue and profitability initiatives, KPI development, and the rollout of new or enhanced Treasury Management products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Analysis

* Support competitive research and benchmarking across Treasury Management products (ACH, wires, remote deposit, fraud mitigation, liquidity solutions).

* Analyze product usage, revenue streams, client segments, and profitability trends.

* Assist in developing business cases and financial models for new product features or process improvements.

* Contribute to the buildout and maintenance of lineofbusiness P&Ls and KPI dashboards.

Client Experience & Operational Support

* Participate in evaluating client onboarding workflows and recommending process enhancements.

* Review product documentation, marketing materials, and training resources for accuracy and clarity.

* Shadow TM implementation and support teams to understand endtoend product delivery.

Project & Process Support

* Support product lifecycle documentation, including requirements, feature updates, and testing materials.

* Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new releases or system enhancements.

* Contribute to initiatives related to digital banking modernization, payments innovation, and operational efficiency.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

* Partner with TM Sales to understand market needs, client use cases, and pain points.

* Collaborate with Operations and IT to investigate productrelated issues and track resolution.

* Prepare clear, datadriven presentations and reports for product leadership.

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

* Interest in Treasury Management, commercial payments, deposits, or financial product management.

* Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, including comfort working with data.

* Excellent communication, organization, and timemanagement abilities.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus.
