We are looking for a Senior Production Planner to join our team! Someone who keeps an overview, brings structure, and enjoys working in a dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities


You ensure that the planning across our three core processes (printing, cutting, die-cutting) runs smoothly for both our Belgian and US sites.
You keep an overview, monitor coherence in the planning, and ensure deadlines are met.
You actively participate in operational planning: you step in where needed and handle complex planning challenges yourself.
You contribute ideas on how we can make our planning smarter and more future-oriented, for example by further embracing digitalization and automation.
You show strong flexibility to handle lastminute changes and take care of the organizational preparation of the pre-capacity meeting and the capacity meeting.
Will coach and mentor other planners on the US Team.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


You have a bachelor's or equivalent in experience in a similar planning role.
You are strong in organization and analysis: you maintain overview and structure, even under time pressure.
Decisive and effective communicator.
Flexible and able to switch quickly when needed. Occasionally, you are available by phone to align with the weekend finishing team.
Curious about how digitalization and automation can improve planning processes.
