Job Overview:
We are currently hiring Utility Workers for a light industrial facility in Springfield, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to get started in a hands-on work environment with consistent hours and potential for long-term placement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general production and warehouse tasks
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
Support machine operators and production teams as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Perform basic quality checks on materials and finished products
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
1st Shift (hours may vary based on production needs)
Overtime may be available
