Job Overview:
We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a busy warehouse and light industrial facility in Springfield, Ohio. This 2nd shift position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck) to move materials

• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely

• Transport materials throughout the warehouse or production floor

• Stack, stage, and organize inventory in designated areas

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift (afternoon/evening hours)

• Overtime may be available
