Worksite Location(s): Work will be performed in multiple worksites throughout the Lucas area including the counties of Lucas, Wood, and Fulton.

Job Description: Bauer Lawn Maintenance, Inc., Swanton, OH. Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in the following counties: Lucas, Wood, Fulton. 25 Landscape Laborer positions available. Temporary, full time position from 04/01/2026 through 11/30/2026, 7:00 am-4:00 pm, 50 hrs/week, Additional overtime varies, Monday-Friday, Some weekends may be required. Workers will be paid Weekly at $18.05/hr, $27.08/hr OT, Raises and bonuses at employer's discretion. Cut, trim, edge, water lawns & flower beds; clean up, weed, plant, spread mulch; rake, blow leaves, sprinkler system installation, may operate vehicles and equipment. Pre-employment drug testing required. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employee’s citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company. Able to lift 50lbs. No experience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. Employer provides optional housing at no cost to the employee. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

Deductions from the Worker’s Paycheck: The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law.

First Workweek Reimbursement: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

Single Workweek for Pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
