SCOPECONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & OPERATONS ANALYST
The Continuous Improvement & Operations Analyst is responsible for improving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision‑making. This role analyzes data, leads process improvement initiatives, and helps ensure resources are used effectively to meet performance targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & OPERATONS ANALYST
Continuous Improvement
  • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and A3/DMAIC methodology.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and process mapping to reduce waste and increase throughput.
  • Implement process controls and ensure improvements are sustained long‑term.
  • Partner with Operations Leadership to develop and execute Continuous Improvement plans for production lines.
  • Improve Continuous Improvement skills of Operations Leadership through formalized training plans and continued support.
Operations Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs including OEE, labor utilization, downtime, and scrap/waste.
  • Conduct time studies, bottleneck analyses, and workflow evaluations.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visual management tools to support data‑driven decisions.
Project Management
  • Lead improvement and cost‑savings projects from concept through implementation.
  • Develop project charters, risk assessments, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Present project progress and operational impact to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, HR, and Maintenance to evaluate processes and improve performance.
  • Provide coaching to supervisors and teams on Continuous I tools and standard work practices.
  • Participate in plant-wide strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSCONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & OPERATONS ANALYST
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations analysis, continuous improvement, or process improvement.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred)
  • Experience building dashboards, analyzing KPIs, and presenting insights to operations leadership is strongly preferred.
  • Leadership style that supports a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, process capability, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence teams across the facility.
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
