Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Masonry Superintendent with a strong background in the concrete/façade restoration industry to join a growing team in the Cleveland, OH, area. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills, is highly organized, is a great problem solver, is very efficient, and has strong attention to detail & time management.

[Duties]
  • Oversee daily operations on restoration job sites, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise field crews (25–75 team members) and subcontractors across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to scope, specifications, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor project progress against schedule and cost objectives, including labor, materials, and equipment, while maintaining strict quality control.

[Requirements]
  • 5+ years of field experience in any of the following fields: restoration, masonry, concrete repair, or building envelope work.
  • Hands-on background in masonry repairs, tuckpointing, waterproofing, concrete patching, coatings, and façade restoration.
  • Proven experience supervising field crews on commercial or industrial restoration projects.

  • Pay Rage: $95k to $100k + annual bonus opportunity
