REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. The entire work period must be available from 05/04/2026-10/09/2026. Workers must agree to work Mon-Fri, 10 hours per day, Sat, 10 hours. Employers will provide transportation from employers provided living quarters to work sites every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 0 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive pushing and pulling.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities.
Crops/Commodities: Alfalfa. Primary duties (performed most workdays): Monitor quality of inbound raw agricultural product and inbound field shipments; instruct the loader operator on proper segregation at the receiving slab or perform segregation as instructed. Monitor quality control checks in the production facility, including dryer outlet temperature, foreign material trap, facility magnets, and moisture levels. Monitor production systems and ensure continuous, efficient operation. Keep the Wet Product Feeder filled with raw alfalfa and prepare samples, maintain required records, and clean work areas as instructed. Assist with repairs and/or maintenance during shutdowns. Perform routine preventative maintenance checks and minor repairs while maintaining compliance with required daily and weekly reporting schedules; communicate recommendations or concerns to leadership. Assist in maintaining safe operations and a safe work environment; communicate safety or quality concerns and discrepancies to appropriate leadership and attend required safety meetings. Operate equipment, tools, machines, and rolling stock safely and appropriately in accordance with established policies and procedures. Lift, carry, push, pull, and move products, boxes, equipment, tools, and machines as needed. Follow instructions, communicate effectively, and produce quality products while performing assigned duties. Workers who possess or obtain a valid, insurable driver's license, consistent with applicable state law and employer insurance requirements, may operate employer-provided vehicles on public roads to transport workers or haul products as needed. Job opportunity is Skill Level II. Workers must be able to perform all primary duties independently and without close supervision. Employer may request, but not require, workers to work more than the stated daily hours and/or on a worker's Sabbath or federal holidays. Workers must report to work at designated time and place each day. Daily or weekly work schedules may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperature, crop conditions, and other factors. Employers will notify workers of any change to start time. Workers will have a paid lunch break. Workers will report to work at the designated time as directed by the employer each day. There will be 2 shifts occurring for the entire contract. The first shift will begin at 7:00am and end at 5:00pm. The second shift will begin at 5:00pm and end at 3:00am. Additional hours may be offered; however, workers will not be required to work more than 10 hours per day. TERMINATION. Prior to any termination for cause, employer evaluates workers' performance of required tasks and compliance with Work Rules and other employer policies. Employer may terminate a worker for cause if the worker's performance consistently and/or substantially fails to satisfy the employer's reasonable expectations (in accordance with the criteria set forth herein) or otherwise engages in serious or egregious misconduct that endangers health, safety, or property. In assessing whether workers' performance meets reasonable expectations, employer evaluates, among other reasonable criteria, whether the worker: (1) has adequately complied with the Work Rules and any other policies or procedures; (2) has complied with all health and safety guidelines, including the use of tools or equipment in accordance with best practices to protect the employer's property, crops, and in a manner that avoids injury or damage; (3) has treated company property (tools, equipment, crops, fixtures, etc.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:
BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.
TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).
WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.
TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
