Filling Pharmacy Technician

Location: Valley View, OH (Onsite)
Organization Type: National Pharmacy Care Management Organization

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED; must be 18 years of age or older.
* Prior experience in a pharmacy environment (pharmacy technician experience preferred).
* Ability to maintain high attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in a fast-paced setting.
* Willingness to obtain state pharmacy technician registration if not already registered (certification preferred).
Job Duties

* Process prescriptions accurately at designated filling stations along a conveyor system.
* Package completed medication orders to ensure timely and accurate shipment to patients.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the filling station.
* Support inventory activities, including receiving and stocking pharmacy inventory.
* Monitor station queues and meet daily pharmacy production goals.
* Perform quality assurance checks to ensure orders meet patient and regulatory standards.
* Communicate effectively with internal team members to resolve order or patient issues.
Additional Information

* Work Schedule: 2nd shift, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday OR 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
* Work Environment: Onsite pharmacy fulfillment center
* Expected Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
* Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
