Job Description

Starting Pay: $27/hour based on experience
Location: Euclid, OH
Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday 6:00am -2:30pm.(Must be available to work OT as needed)

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Visually and mechanically inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
  • Detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
  • Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
  • Follow preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
  • Repairs and replaces Pumps, valves, solenoids, etc.
  • Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment including building and grounds maintenance.
  • Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools.
  • Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
Skills/Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Machine Maintenance experience in an Industrial setting.
  • Experience with 480v electrical, mechanical troubleshooting, reading schematics, PLC a plus.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Will be subject to a pre-employment screening.
