As a Wiring Technician you will:


* Install electrical wiring systems for, switchgears, UPS, panelboards, lighting, switches, outlets and transformers
* Install conduits, electrical wires, and cables
* Ensure conduit install complies with electrical codes
* Install Ladder cable trays, and Basket cable trays
* Install Circuit breaker and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them
* Install power feeders to equipment's
* Install branch circuits
* Inspect electrical systems to ensure proper installation is up to code
* Install low voltage/control wiring
* Terminate power feeders (compression lugs), branch circuits, and control wiring
* Perform other related duties as assigned

This is a Full Time - Temporary Contractor to Permanent Employee opportunity.

The ideal Wiring Technician will have:

* Ability to read blueprints
* Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
* Computer proficiency
* Ability to use hand tools and power tools
* Proficiency in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment
* Ability to read and speak English
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders
* Capability of pulling wires and cables through conduits, and cable trays
* Ability to lift to 50 pounds at a time

Pay Rate: $20 per hour
