Cut, trim, and prepare meat into portions. Weigh, wrap, and label meat packages. Grind meat using machines. Ensure meat quality and freshness. Maintain cleanliness of tools and work area. Follow safety and sanitation rules. Assist customers by taking orders. Monitor inventory and report shortages. Store meat properly to prevent spoilage.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience as a butcher or meat cutter.
