REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 4/1/26-11/1/26. Must agree to 40 hr work week. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, driver requirements, criminal background check.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures. Plant, spray, weed, fertilize, water, and prune crops. Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping. Load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities. Harvest fruits and vegetables by hand. Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops. Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, handtrucks, forklifts, or transfer augers.Mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery. Spray fertilizer or pesticide solutions to control insects, fungus and weed growth, and diseases, using hand sprayers. Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions. Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment. Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions.Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Post-harvest duties, as assigned.Farming with: Apple, Corn, Grape, Soy Beans

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:

BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.

HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.

TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).

WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.

TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
