The Role: Source, Coordinate, Deliver

We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven professional to lead day-to-day procurement activities and ensure seamless support for engineering and production efforts.

In this role, you will:

  • Enable Engineering Success: Work closely with Engineers and Project Managers to source materials and components that meet technical and schedule requirements.
  • Drive Procurement Execution: Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage Supplier Performance: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery expectations are consistently met.
  • Expedite Critical Materials: Track orders, resolve delays, and proactively address discrepancies to keep projects on schedule.
  • Support Cost Efficiency: Obtain competitive quotes, perform bid analysis, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Organize and manage procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal processes.
  • Analyze & Improve: Collect and evaluate purchasing data to support planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: Degree in a related field with 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively across teams and communicate clearly with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Ability: Capable of securing the best value while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard procurement tools.
  • Adaptability: A flexible, team-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and results.

Working Conditions

This position requires extended periods of sitting, occasional standing, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
