REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 3/7/26-10/31/26. Must agree to 35 hr work week. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Crops: Potted Plants, Annuals, Perennials, Vegetable Plants, Baskets, Seedlings, Annual Bedding Plants Plant Care and Maintenance:- Planting, sticking, trimming, and patching plugs and cuttings- Watering, fertilizing, spraying, and providing necessary care, including applying pesticides as needed- Monitoring plant health and ensuring optimal growing conditions Crop Handling and Organization:- Laying down plants, pulling orders, and loading carts- Moving, hanging, and spacing crops to maintain proper growth and organization- Loading and unloading carts and conveyor belts efficiently Facility Maintenance:- Performing general maintenance tasks inside and outside the facility, including mowing, weeding, cleaning, snow removal, and sweeping- Ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and operational Production Line Support:- Preparing pots and trays by filling them with media for planting- Stickering, labeling, and organizing products for distribution- Working on planting or sticking lines to meet production goals Equipment Operation and Maintenance:- Operating and maintaining agricultural equipment and machinery- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers safely and efficiently- Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure functionality Order Fulfillment and Logistics:- Assisting with pulling, organizing, and preparing orders for shipment- Loading and unloading products for delivery or transport General greenhouse labor, working on planting lines, setting and picking up product, hanging baskets, sweeping floors.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:

BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.

HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.

TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).

WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.

TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
